1. Full-time college degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in the same position, working experience in tape industry is preferred;
2, familiar with the ISO9001, IATF16949 quality management system, five tools, seven quality methods and other quality improvement tools, familiar with the procurement and supplier management process;
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, organization and coordination ability, strong statistical and digital analysis ability;
